UNBELIEVABLE AMAZING group of employees! From the moment I walked into the facility I was greeted with a smile and they took care of me with a great beautiful position caring energy! The check out lady, I’m so sorry I forgot her name, WAS EXCEPTIONAL! She showed me her worth! Patient and she made sure before I left I had everything that I paid for! I’m so happy to be moving and staying in the area so I can continue to bring my babies here!!
I love the staff here. They are genuinely kind to my dogs. One was very large and not great with strangers, Dr. Hageman came in and sat on the floor with her and loved on her, and very much treated her as her own dog,and by the time the visit was over, my dog was rolling on her back for more belly rubs. and when it was time to put my Blondie to sleep They were so respectful and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye.
