Older hotel with great service People were extremely nice and helpful. If you don't mind an older hotel it's fine. Disappointed that there weren't more restaurants/bars open after midnight.

Great location! I travelled to NYC with three friends so we definitely wanted a suite to accommodate all of our needs. Luckily, the Hotel upgraded us to the Penthouse on the 15th floor and we were very happy with the size and conveniences of the room! exelent location Only complaint was we were only left one towel one of the days to shower .
Like home away from home We were so pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of our suite (one bedroom apartment really). There was plenty of closet space for all our belongings. We found out that the stove did not light, and though we did not mention it because we thought we'd make do with the microwave and toaster, a repairman showed up on the third morning of our stay to fix it. Wonderful place for families ! Great kitchenette and cribs and rollaways available! The bedding was very comfortable and smelled lovely - very relaxing place to stay with children and the staff was very accomodating - close grocery for snack and breakfast items to use the kitchenette as well as coffee shops and various wonderful eateries. I would definitly recommend the stay here.
goed hotel ik kom hier steeds terug als ik kort in NY ben, en iedere keer ben ik tevreden over de kamer en over de plek. De kamer is onverwacht prettig, niet heel luxieus. Maar wat wil je voor deze prijs.Het is gewoon heel netjes. De gangen worden serieus bewaakt met behulp van camera's.
