Very spacious. The property is a bit outdated, but the spaciousness of the suites and the service made up for that. I travel to New York on business throughout the year and look for value. I will definetly consider Murray Hill Suites for my next visit.

The staff was excellent and friendly and the room was large with a kitchen. I did not expect so much space for a hotel in NYC. The location was excellent very near Port Authority bus station, Grand Central station, and Times Square. \n\n There was no bar/restaurant or any food service at this hotel but there were plenty of restaurants nearby downtown Manhattan/Times Square. Location was very central, and the apartment was clean and spacious, very comfortable for our family of four.
Rooms were spacious and the people who worked there were friendly and helpful \n\n We were put in a smoking room.
The room was great, we were upgraded and the suite had a terrace, very nice for NY. \n\n Towels are a bit small, not a big problem. Another pan would have been better.
