Loved the location, very close to everything. Rooms very spacious and extremely clean, and the staff were very attentive and friendly, especially the concierge . \n\n The bathroom towels could be larger and better quality, and perhaps free Internet in rooms.
Great location. Comfortable and roomy. \n\n We would have preferred a queen not double bed.
my family had a wonderful stay in this hotel,it is clean,comfortable and the staff are friendly,plus the main factor which help us for first timer it is located in the heart of Manhattan.will stay here again
Very kind employees, they are all very nice amd ready to help \n\n linen in main bedroom, blanquets and bed covers
The hotel location is fantastic and the people that work there are fantastic and super helpful. Every room has a small kitchenette that allows you to have some breakfast or cold beverages available. Very comfortable!
Hotel is very clean, rooms are huge. It's close to many attractions of NYC. It was important for us to have a kitchen because we keep kosher and we could have breakfast/supper in the room (cereal+milk or pizza order)
Very large and well-equipped room. Good location. \n\n The work by housecleaning varied (one day a plate and glass I left in the kitchen weren't cleaned, another day they didn't put a new shampoo bottle. Nothing critical). Some of the room's facilities were old and didn't work quite right (hair dryer in bathroom, etc...), though admittedly not anything I personally needed to use so it didn't...
Everything. It was very quiet, excellent value for money, everything there you would need for a longer stay. Hope to be back some for a longer stay. Very efficient and helpful staff. \n\n There was nothing to dislike
