CLEAN, surprisingly roomy, great location The typical tourist would love this hotel. It isn't a la-di-da expensive, luxurious hotel, but a comfortable, CLEAN place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The location can't be beat and the price wasn't outrageous. Excellent location, great value Can't have everything and to get this location, it was an outstanding option. Within walking distance to many attractions and Grand Central. Street side room was noisy, even with white noise machine we had to "drown out" the activity on the street. Laundry facilities (thankfully), fitness room with a good selection of equipment, free WiFi only in the lobby, parking...

Outstanding value and location Top notch value close by everything with easy access to Grand Central Station. Quiet, tree-lined block with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. Whether one is staying overnight or a week or more, Murray Hill East offers outstanding comfort at an affordable price.

Spacious clean budget hotel in New York Okay so it's not brand new and fitments are rather dated but for clean, spacious accommodation in a great location I would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location. No free wi fi Well, my room was great and big. Location is very good. However, by the price of this hotel they should provide free wi if to all its customers. There are usually a lot of people in the lobby area using the only spot of free wi fi in the whole hotel building.
