Susan was amazing to work with. From the start, very professional and understanding and everything went smooth from start to finish. The best part was that her communication and responses to emails were always immediately responsive, so we were able to get everything done in a timely manner, which is one of the most important parts of this process. After some initial IT difficulties which prevented us from locking in a rate, Susan made it right and got us the lower rate I think at her own expense. Fast response times and very helpful. Would recommend.
