I want Lauren to get a lot of credit because she was super helpful. She was full of personality and was always willing to answer questions. My only complaint is that I was told that rates went down but in actuality I bought down points. That wasn’t explained to me until I was signing the documents. I feel like everything else was very transparent.

Jerry provided excellent information about my options. Some I wasn’t even aware of that were beneficial to me. He went over the details of each option in clear easily understood language. Paperwork was handled efficiently and effectively. A very positive experience. My life insurance has always been Mutual, now my refinance mortgage is…great company to work with…and an exemplary loan officer.
