Michael did a great job- things just got a little crazy when it came time to sign the paperwork. I think it had more to do with the company that Mutual of Omaha outsourced the signed with.

Communication was good, I thought the requests from the underwriters for additional documents could have been communicated earlier. Also, the closing payout could have been explained more accurately.
