Our LO made it great. Michael did a great job. His communication skills are excellent. Everything he said he could do he did. He gave me no baloney. I tried to answer the first two questions of this survey but I could not click on the selection. In both cases I would give Michael 5 stars.

Susan was knowledgeable, transparent, and very responsive during the entire process. We were really happy that Susan called us back when we requested a quote online. Mutual of Omaha Mortgage already has pretty competitive rates, and Susan made it a no brainer to go with MOM.
