I didn't have much interaction with Scott, but he was helpful when we did interact. Rebekah was super helpful in getting our interest rate float down during the final week of closing. Only feedback is that communication was really hard to understand. Looking back through the emails, there were so many questions that I asked that had prompt but unclear answers (and I don't mean just because lending are complicated, but because of the use of incomplete sentences and unstructured paragraphs that were hard to follow).
