Mark always explained things, I just hope I am able to drop rate some in six months without too much upfront cost. This was only thing I did not fully understand.

Mark was excellent. He always had time for any questions. He was always very kind and understanding. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He helped me when a lot of other finance companies wouldn’t even talk to me. I am grateful for that.
