Broc was always very responsive when I had questions or left a voicemail with his responses. He walked me through the process thoroughly and even helped me weigh my options in deciding if refinancing was right for us. It was a great, smooth experience all around.

My husband and I were very happy with all the communication during the application process and the once our application went to the proceasing team. Jake Jacobs was very knowledgeable and his processor, Donna, kept us up to date on our application from start to finish. Both Jake and Donna were extremely helpful especially when we had questions.
