My experience with loan officer Jeremy was exceptional. Jeremy explained the process and everything to me step by step as I wasn’t clear on some of the issues involved. He made me feel comfortable with the entire process and answered all questions. He was very knowledgeable, supportive and helpful and I appreciate his service and would certainly recommend using him.
