Good experience, good customer service Rhiley made the process as smoothe as possible, easy to contact. It was a pretty fast and simple process. I liked how things were pretty cut and dry.
Very pleasant The process was a lot easier than I expected. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. They explained everything in detail and communicated often. Every question I had was answered satisfactorily.

Quick and Easy When I filled out the Lending Tree form, Greg Watson was the first person to call me! He took the time to listen and really understand my situation, rather than just providing me quick numbers like some other lenders had done in the past. It seems they actually care about their customers, and do everything than can to put together the best loan possible. They already have high ratings so I guess I will just add to that! Great job!
Christmas Blessings I really wanted to have a good Christmas this year but I didn’t see a way out of my situation I have been stuck in. After speaking to Greg I finally bite the bullet and paid off my debt with my home equity. I was able to take some additional cash out and buy my whole family Christmas presents this year - and not on a credit card. Thank you Greg!!!

The experience was great Took over 90 % of the worry and stress out of the process. Being an older person and never having done anything like this, I was sure it would be a nightmare. I was more than a little surprised at how easily Aaron made everything with explanations every step of the way.
Great experience! Aaron was very easy to work with and quite knowledgeable about the numbers which are of course the major fact in a loan. He was able to take the most difficult jargon and put into layman's terms or more to the truth this old woman. At one point i wondered if this was a valid endeavor and again Aaron broke through the word salad which put me back on track. Thank you Aaron for making this process less a tooth extraction into a necessary project.
