Very satisfied with Aaron's help. Working with Aaron was amazing. This was my 2nd mortgage refinance with him and his company. Both times, he was attentive to my situation, posed creative solutions, and he was assertive in getting things done the right way quickly so I achieved the outcome I wanted. Easy peasy! I have worked with Aaron several times and he has always listened to what my needs were and didn’t fuss If I wasn’t quite ready to move forward. He would check up with me every so often and he helped me get my credit where I needed it to be. If I need these services again I would ask for him again. Plus he made sure that my loan was processed and closed in the most efficient time frame that a loan can be made! Excellent customer service!
Best Experience This is my second experience with Royal United Mortgage LLC . My first experience was so professional everything that Aaron told me was exactly how he said it would. So I sold my house and two years later I took out a loan for home improvements on the house I am in now.

My Loan Processor I had a very great experience working with Greg Watson. He kept me informed on the loan process and what the next steps would be. Greg always called when he said he would. He answered all my questions and concerns. I have worked a couple of different loan companies and was disappointed in the service as well as the communication, but never had an issue working with Greg. It has been a real pleasure working with Greg.
