Great experience! Aaron was very easy to work with and quite knowledgeable about the numbers which are of course the major fact in a loan. He was able to take the most difficult jargon and put into layman's terms or more to the truth this old woman. At one point i wondered if this was a valid endeavor and again Aaron broke through the word salad which put me back on track. Thank you Aaron for making this process less a tooth extraction into a necessary project.
Tough Loan But Good Results My Loan Officer Greg Watson called promptly after I submitted info to Lending Tree. He was straightforward and prepared me for each step of the process we were to complete. Our loan was about as complex as they get because it was a cash-out refi on a 100-year-old house and my wife and I have good credit, but we are both retired on Social Security and have some rental income (that is usually hard to utilize for borrowing). Great Communication! Greg was great in communicating with me and my husband. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to move forward. I appreciate his honesty and genuine concern for our needs. We will definitely be using Greg again and will definitely refer him to our friends and family.
