I've always had a good experience at My Family Medical Group except this one time for my knee injury. The doctor's nurse said she would order me a small knee brace on my first knee injury appt. with Dr. Sykes. I was told I would get a call when the knee brace came in. In the meantime, I was using a cheaper knee brace that my husband got at Walgreens and walking with crutches. I never got a call from the doctor's office, but instead I received a referral in the mail for the knee brace to pick it up at Hangar Medical Supplies... read more
