When I went up to the front desk, I wasn't greeted,so I just signed the appointment sheet. I understand they were busy. But I alway have good experiences when I see Dr. Shah. He shakes my hand and says hello. He takes his time and answers any questions or issues I have with my diabetes. I feel that he cares for his patients and their well being. I hope they bring back the lab. It was so convenient having it there. Thank you!
