About My Family Medical Group Our Main Office is open Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our Urgent care is open daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We accept the last patient at 5:30pm. *If we do have a high volume of patients in office at 5:00pm, we may close the doors earlier to accommodate those who are checked in. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I asked for a std test because I had possible burning pee and it was never ordered. Now going on over a week and I just found out the urine test I did didn't include std checking. I even asked if I could do it day of my dr visit and was told to wait until I did my liver test.

Just here for bloodwork. Arrived 10 minutes before 8am opening. 5 people ahead of me but at least doors were already open to be able to be seated. Waited about 30 minutes to have bloodwork done, so guess not too bad.
I was happy that I got right in but this is the second time I’ve been there and not gotten the results I deserve. Both times I saw Steve Harvey. On Sept 20, 2023, I explained that I heard a pop in my left leg and got suddenly ill and lots of pain. They took x-rays and said everything was fine. This time not good experience I have pain in my arm Dr recommend X Ray nobody available for X Ray after three days I come back again I did I told on front desk now can I see Dr she said no they will call u first report still waiting nobody call me and now I have to take appointment again I don’t know when I will get may be next month
