It took a very long time, in my estimation, as I was one of two patients at the time. Then, my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy so that was another long time in figuring that out. Otherwise - okay.
I listened and watched personal answer the phone, placing them on hold and not going back to the caller which is Something my husband and I have experienced! The lack of care is unbelievable!

See me as closest possible to my appointment. My last 3 visits I have been waiting almost an hour to be seen. Having to wait in that room that long it’s not fun.
