I was happy that I got right in but this is the second time I’ve been there and not gotten the results I deserve. Both times I saw Steve Harvey. On Sept 20, 2023, I explained that I heard a pop in my left leg and got suddenly ill and lots of pain. They took x-rays and said everything was fine. It took a very long time, in my estimation, as I was one of two patients at the time. Then, my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy so that was another long time in figuring that out. Otherwise - okay.
I listened and watched personal answer the phone, placing them on hold and not going back to the caller which is Something my husband and I have experienced! The lack of care is unbelievable!
