This time not good experience I have pain in my arm Dr recommend X Ray nobody available for X Ray after three days I come back again I did I told on front desk now can I see Dr she said no they will call u first report still waiting nobody call me and now I have to take appointment again I don’t know when I will get may be next month

Primero que todo. Tube cita con la Dra. Clfuentes Jessica. Septiembre 26 y aún estoy en espera de la medicina que me recetó. Si estoy con dolor o incómoda entiendo a ustedes no les importa nada el paciente. Que pérdida de tiempo y energía fue ir a my Family Group. Ya había ido a urgencias por el mismo motivo. It took a very long time, in my estimation, as I was one of two patients at the time. Then, my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy so that was another long time in figuring that out. Otherwise - okay.

I listened and watched personal answer the phone, placing them on hold and not going back to the caller which is Something my husband and I have experienced! The lack of care is unbelievable!

Lack of professional staff. I have been told "the doctors says you can wait, you are nit too impirtant" By the front office staff"

See me as closest possible to my appointment. My last 3 visits I have been waiting almost an hour to be seen. Having to wait in that room that long it’s not fun.
