No star .It is one of the worst mortgage company they have a lot of tactics they kept asking about information to the last second back-and-forth it was a construction loan I did not have a choice to choose my finance company at the beginning of the construction they gave me one rate and at the end they change the rate I was not able to do the closing until 10 o’clock at night .they have distraction from my home which has a lot of issues after closing I really don’t appreciate this game and gimmicks.

One of the worst business tactics, bad communication. Got higher rate than what I was promised. Kept asking questions about all my records. I felt the integration and the frustration I was put through. I well refinance ASAP
Poor communication.
Nancy Mooreland was near impossible to contact early on in the mortgage process. The only way to get her to answer my questions I had to have the sales person Gehan to get her to answer my questions.
