Nancy and her team delivered excellent service. Nancy,Kat,and Lisa were always available making for a remote out of state purchase seamless.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with this mortgage lender. The process was generally smooth, and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. That said, communication could be improved. There were times when inquiries were not responded to in a timely manner, which made the process feel more stressful than necessary. Extremely poor experience. I strongly do NOT recommend this company. This company assigns multiple people to work with you, but their internal communication is extremely disorganized. Every time I spoke with a different person, I had to repeat the same information over and over again, which was a complete waste of time. They clearly do not care about their clients.
