My experience was horrible. The worst mistakes someone in this position could make were made. It was brought to my attention 16 days late that the appraisal of my home was much less than what I’d be paying and that I needed to come with an additional $70,000 to close. I was told I had 20 minutes to make a decision between bringing an extra $70k or losing my $42k deposit. This information was known for 16 days before being brought to my attention. Was very difficult to get a hold of the loan officer and we had a quick buy so I needed questions answered fast. Tried calling multiple times, to not avail. If it wasn’t for Kat Matjevich answering my questions I would’ve been left completely in the dark.

The service was not attentive, and the staff seemed discriminatory, possibly because I don’t speak English. They did not provide clear guidance, which made the payment process more difficult than necessary. Fortunately, the sales associate at Ashley who helped us purchase the home was very supportive and assisted me enthusiastically.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with this mortgage lender. The process was generally smooth, and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. That said, communication could be improved. There were times when inquiries were not responded to in a timely manner, which made the process feel more stressful than necessary. Extremely poor experience. I strongly do NOT recommend this company. This company assigns multiple people to work with you, but their internal communication is extremely disorganized. Every time I spoke with a different person, I had to repeat the same information over and over again, which was a complete waste of time. They clearly do not care about their clients. No star .It is one of the worst mortgage company they have a lot of tactics they kept asking about information to the last second back-and-forth it was a construction loan I did not have a choice to choose my finance company at the beginning of the construction they gave me one rate and at the end they change the rate I was not able to do the closing until 10 o’clock at night .they have distraction from my home which has a lot of issues after closing I really don’t appreciate this game and gimmicks.
