Worst lender ever! Broke regulatory requirements. Communication was severely lacking. Provided incorrect information which caused major stress at closing. I truly can’t believe this company is in business. We were pre approved for a new build. 7 months before closing they wanted all documents from us for a complete approval which made no sense because they were going to ask for them all again 30 days before closing.
