This is my third home purchase in the past five years and this is by far the worst experience. Our appraisal was done on Sunday for a Tuesday closing. It came down to the very last minute not knowing if we were going to be able to close or not causing much undo stress to my family.
Great experience
The communication was poor throughout the process, and I constantly had to follow up for updates. Buying a home is already a stressful experience, and I expected much better customer service and professionalism.

This was our second time going through this process(Our second home ), and when we started with Jessica, everything changed.
