My 6# Min Pin, Meli, became very I'll very quickly with HGE Wednesday night. (If you have a dog & don't know about HGE...look it up!) By the time we arrived, she was in shock & severely dehydrated with an extremely low bp. I almost lost her the first night. After 3 nights she was well enough to come home! They kept me updated & were always available when I called to check on her regardless of the time of night or day & explained everything they were doing & why. I don't have enough positive words. My sweet baby was assessed, diagnosed and had surgery in the first visit. We are thankful to NVS and Dr. Wang for the vast knowledge and resources resulting in me cuddling with my dog right now. Thank you all!
We have five dogs. One of our smaller ones has survived two coyote attacks, thanks to NVS! Unfortunately, we've seen more of NVS than we would like... :-) But are so glad we have that option. Great staff, very nice facilities, genuinely caring.
