Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet Dixie. Everyone was so friendly, and had us back so quickly. She is hating the cone of shame :(, But thanks to you, her paw will be healing soon :)

I had to rush one of my cats in last night. Not only is it an incredibly clean and great looking facility but the atmosphere was calm and under control. Sometimes at an ER vet there's an overbearing feeling of stress when you walk in the door but this was quite the opposite. Everyone was fantastic, friendly, calm and focused on their clients. Very sadly I had to put her to sleep; she was clearly suffering. But they were incredibly compassionate and lovely during a very difficult time. Even though these doctors clearly work ... read more

I have been to nvs several times, and without fail they have been outstanding. They offer the best and most thorough medical care combined with true compassion. One of the best vet facilities I have ever seen. They have helped me and my fur babies through frightening and sad moments...and always with care, sensitivity and warm support. We are so fortunate to have a facility like this in our area.

I can't begin to describe how wonderful NVS has been. I have been taking my dog here for over 2 years to see Dr. O'Neill & the wonderful veterinary dermatology department! For such a frustrating & chronic issue, they have been nothing but the best!

The ENTIRE staff was exceptional! We were greeted at the door (at 3am) and the tech immediately took our cat back for triage and relieved Pearl of pain. Within minutes we were escorted to a room where the young woman vet came in and explained exactly what had happened. After discussing our options - a 33% chance of successful surgery, we made the very difficult decision to euthanize Pearl. No pressure, no guilt. The staff and vets here were amazing when my cat decided to eat something he shouldn't have! They were so patient, kind and caring. Even though I was very upset and worried they helped me through the process of treating him and made every effort to make it as easy as they could. Barnaby and I are very thankful for them!
