They are awesome here. The doctors and staff have been great. Both of our boys have had surgery here in the last 4 months and they are very compassionate and give you all the time you need to love on your animals and make decisions as well as answering any questions, no matter how many or how long it takes.
Thanks to Dr Roach and staff... they were great with our girl Leia... thanks to the staffer that layed with her and to all the ones that took care of her ...

Probably one of the nicest veterinarian clinics I've ever been to with a waiting room the size of an apartment free drinks snacks very clean and nice. The office staff and that was incredibly nice took their time with me and went into great detail explaining the procedure my dog /loved one of needed.. I would have given them five stars if it wasn't for the fact the office visit was 130 bucks and the procedure that normally cost 1500 to2000 was going to cost $3,100 here.. if you're rich it's the place to go. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the distance. I do love this place tho because Dr.Vancil & the staff are very caring & dedicated. When it came down to our cat Ozzy & what we were going thru, they all were very sympathetic & compassionate to our needs & feelings. I'd recommend them to everyone.

They are the best, EVERYONE has been GREAT! Hopefully we won't need to come back, but I wouldn't hesitate for a second!
