Very clean facility. Nice staff and Great doctors. After spending two nights at our local vet and being referred to NVS where our 7# Lilly Mae stayed another two nights, we were at the point of the very hard "quality of life decision." We had already informed Dr. Clark of our dreadful decision and within an hour Dr. Clark called me back, said she had never made this phone call to a family before after that decision had been made saying lets give Lilly Mae a little more time. The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff is top notch. Everyone is friendly, and the doctor we saw was very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish it wasn't so far from home because I would come here regularly.
