I have just recently enrolled but everyone Ive dealt with so far have been kind and knowledgeable.
Im halfway thru a program and without them I would probably be homeless or bankrupt or both. They gave me an out when finances took the best of me. They were honest and supportive and took all the hard stuff off my plate with legalities too.
So far the experience has been good. Ive only just started and hope itkeeps up that way.

Read the contract carefully before signing. We were told from the beginning that if we paid a lump sum, they would use it to pay everything off. We made that lump-sum payment in June, but it has been extremely frustrating trying to get them to follow through and pay everything off.We were later told that they needed approval from the creditor before they could make the final payment.
