Excellent customer service program that keeps me updated with progress. I have had 2 of my accounts settled and the third and final one in progress. The portal is an excellent resource for customers to access and stay updated on progress as well as pay additional funds when available to support earlier pay offs.
Since the very first phone call, and now with several more past, I have experienced nothing short of great customer service. All three of your agents have been so kind, straight forward and satisfied that I understood everything about what I was signing up for. SO far I am pleased with ***. It seems a lot of people that are not pleased fail to understand the credit process and the risks involved. I know that my credit score will take a hit, I also know they charge a hefty fee. People who are complaing about the fee, which is BUILT into your payment plan contract, obviously do not understand how interest works and did not pay attention during the enrollment process.
