the other day i stopped my plan and decided i would make arrangements for the next few creditors on my own - of course i felt NDR fees were too high and did think the creditors would offer me the same deal or better - i was wrong - the first creditor i called would barely work with me - just kept demanding the full payment - talked to a manager who said they would take 2000 off the total which was less than 20% - NDR had negotiated my fee to 4000 from 8000 which was 50% off - midland refused to negotiate further with me or g... read more
National Debt Relief provided most of what they promised to deliver. The exception was 2 years into the program, one of my debts was still not resolved. I was able to get a private loan to finish the program early but that debt was still not negotiated. Once I deposited funds, my previous 40-50% negotiation now only saved me 25%. Then I was charged $400 in fees for hardly any negotiation. So *** and the creditor kept everything but $55. Not happy.
So far I had been very pleased with how my account has been handled . Happy I can finally breath again and debt has not swilled me up anymore thank you Debt Relief for all you are doing for me
They did save me some but think their fees are quite expensive. I could have done 6 months before I was due to the excessive fees. I also did not realize that it would affect my credit score as bad as it did. Ill be done the middle of next month, thank goodness!

National Debt Relief got me out of debt with low payments spread out over time. They negotiated with my credit cards to reduce my debt. The customer service people are friendly, upbeat and a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend using their service!

Outstanding program! Excellent customer care, solved my horrible debt issues while I was on disability. Things happen in life, and they were very considerate and respectful. Always checking in with me, just to discuss our progress. I started with 6 debts, a couple were quite high for me, and I saw no relief in sight. In only 6 months, they just settled my last account . Im not kidding. Im very grateful for the company. The couple of bad reviews sound fake and dishonest. Thank you!!
