National debt relief is a good company and trustworthy at first I was hesitant about receiving their service so far is working out OK my credit took a little hit but thats until Im finished and I have received my first settlement. They are great.
Very helpful and knowledgeable representative ******* set me up. Great employee. Terms and all were more than satisfactory and the company is a Godsend to those who need it.
The women that worked with me on my debit was awesome. She helped me see what my finances look like on paper. She took the time with me explaining everything. I even called back to talk about my contract and I had a few adjustments. Thank you very much for your concern about the contract and me.
**** was very helpful and explaining every little detail to me we were on the phone for a very long time and it was passed his quitting time and he still stayed with me and walked me through all the signature processing and everything I needed to know answered all my questions And Im excited to get started with this program and get out of debt. Every time I need to call *** to ask questions or need help with my program, no matter who I talk to, they are always so nice and helpful and understanding. It's seriously the best customer service I've ever encountered. And even if they can't help you directly, they'll help you understand your situation and give you advice to point you in the right direction. I would recommend them to anyone trying to get out of debt; they make it so easy!
