All calls I made to and received from were all good . All agents I have spoken to were all patient , respectful with vocal tones were a way you feel the empathy and concern is felt by the person they were speaking to . It took me awhile to reach out thinking it was typical , embarrassing . I shouldve called sooner and earlier .,
I didnt decide this important move until after 9 at night. I was greeted well ,and worked through until almost 12 midnight ,to finalize my paperwork.***** ****** helped me through the toughest time in my life.I will be forever grateful for the satisfactory payment plan that allowed me to breathe again.
The people at NDR are great and very supportive. I was very distraught, and I could not hold back the tears. I called, and they calmed me down, and they actually cared about me and how I felt. They helped me figure out how to pay my bills. They allowed me to skip a few payments. They lowered the amount to what I could afford. I can't say enough about NDR.
