So far so good, has relieved some of my anxiety about being in debt.
Ive been with *** since April 2024 and, overall, Ive been satisfied with the experience. As others have mentioned, you pay into an account, and that money is then used to pay your creditors. They do ask you to stop paying your debts at first, so your credit definitely takes a hit initially, but as settlements are reached and accounts start getting paid, things gradually level out.I do think some of the settlements were higher than I expected, and I agree their fees could be explained more clearly upfront.
