The representative, ***** was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

If you are stressed over credit card or personal loan debt. please call these wonderful people. They WILL NOT make you feel bad. They will treat you very well. I was very relieved to have their help. They have never harassed me or been aggressive at all. I am really grateful that I mustered up the courage to call them. They have been nothing but helpful and nice to me.
While the customer service is great, I was disappointed with how long it took to settle my debt. I was sued by two creditors that were enrolled in the program because the negotiators took such a long time to get to them. They only escalated those accounts once lawsuits had been filed. I also feel that the fees were too high. For a couple of accounts, the fees I had to pay almost wiped out any savings from the settlement.
