My representative ******************** helped me. I accumulated some debt with personal loans when my mother got sick may 2021 and then suddenly passed October 2021. I wasnt working and had bills to pay as well as abruptly moving my brother and I back to ********** to be with some family and support. He was very helpful. Explained everything in a thorough manner. Did not rush to get it over with. Had a nice tone to his voice. Did not seem offended or irritated with my butting in while he talked. Yes I interrupt people when they talk nasty habit. Did not make me feel like an idiot or talk down to me. Was a very pleasant experience
