I just enrolled yesterday so I can only review on what I've experienced so far. But my counselor was so nice, so patient, so understanding and efficient yet thorough. I a so relieved to have support through this. And i'm so glad he stuck on the phone with me while I waited for each email and instructions for logins, etc. It can be scary and overwhelming when someone just sends you a big packet and is like-you figure it all out-You're on your own!
They have been incredibly helpful, reassuring, and knowledgeable. We are continuing to work together as partners to resolve my debt.
The enrollment process was very streamlined as most information just needed to be verified on the phone. The enrollment agent explained everything very well, thoroughly walked me through the contract while answering all of my questions, as a result, I feel very confident in my quest for debt relief with NDR.
