The customer service person was very helpful. It was her work ethic that convinced me to go to NDR as there are so many different companies that do this. She was patient and courteous!I felt very comfortable talking to her.
So far so good. Very communicative. Easy to use customer portal. Hoping the process continues to be this simple and straight forward! :)
I just enrolled in the program was kind of hesitant at first but I am so glad I made the call I was kind of hesitant because of the disappointments I encountered before I called ndr I am so glad I made the call especially as I talked to ***** was so understanding so patient any stress that was in my body before I made the call he eased them right out I'm so glad I made the call thank you *****
The process so far has been great. The person helping me is very kind and reassuring as this is my first time doing this as well as I have some hearing issues so they were very kind in helping out if I needed them to repeat anything. They made the process clear and explained step by step what they did, how they did it, as well as answering any questions I had.
