I am going to give it a four star rating but I think you really should sent a other survey out at the 3 and 6 month period when a person has realky gotten a chance to use the services. At this point you really dont have much ti compate it to. Wait until you get into the thick of things.

I was so lost with all the debt collection notices and phone calls. They made this extremely easy and now that Im less stressed about bills. The program has made my life much easier. I can now answer my phone calls without worry.

They have handled and made settlements with all my debtors - I had a lot - and they have been a really great help in easing those burdens! After a year they even switched my relief plan to a loan that would help me get my credit back to good more quickly, which was really good timing, because I really wanted to move and rental places are super strict about good credit.
