So far, I have had only one contact by *** through out my process. ****** was kind, considerate and she was helpful in understanding what I was going through and what I hoped for. For me, I am just starting the program so it is too early to tell, I can't say much else but sure hope for the best and pray I feel at ease quicker than I do right now after ready the guide kit.
