I was nervous about calling at first, and it turned out to be the best thing I ever did. I reach a really great, understanding, knowledgeable, and very friendly man. Layal actually cared. She sat with me in our first meeting (over the phone) for an hour answering any questions I had, thoroughly explaining the program, and even let me talk it over with my mom first before moving forward. When I was ready, she again spent another hour going over every single thing that would happen moving forward, the program, the financial aspects, how much I'd save and all the math involved.
