I’ve been with you for over a year. One debt has been settled and I’m at the beginning of another. It would have been nice to know how much money was going to you after my first debt was settled. It was a little frustrating to see money going in and out but not paying off a debt. I knew there was a fee but not how much and how long it would take. Even with this I am relieved to know I have someone on my side and can send creditors to if they send cranky letters. Thanks. ******

They have been extremely helpful and the amounts that our balances have been reduced are much greater than I even expected.
So far, so good. I have seven creditors and five accounts have been resolved, either paid off or payments arranged. Hopefully, this will continue.
It is wonderful to be respected and understood when you are in need of financial assistance. It is wonderful to also receive updates as you go along - it gives you that sense of security that you are being taken care of. Everyone is kind and personable and not judgemental. Since I have joined NDR I have been able to breath a sign of relieve and look forward to a debt- free life. I have been in the program 6 months and have had 2 debts out of 7 resolved so far.
