The worst decision that I have ever made. I spoke to maybe three people that had provided customer service the entire time. They lied about their "plan" and reached out for a settlement when I had les than 1/4 of the amount in my account. They not only ruined my credit (I Had never missed a payment before them) but made it so I can't make my own settlements since they accepted one I never agreed to. Since it is so easy to make a review I can see why they have so many great ones, I guarantee most are fake, especially consider... read more

These people tried to scam my grandparents, they should be ashamed of themselves.Their modus operandi is telling people to purposely default on their debts and hope lenders will work with that. Lenders have no legal obligation to do so. It's a lie, these people do not care about you, are not helpful and their "financial advice" is legal malpractice. Absolutely shameful.

I had bills from three companies. They did help with two accounts from one of these but nothing was ever done about the other two. Fees are VERY high. My financial position changed and I was able to settle all my debts. I am still getting contacts for the bank they use who tells me I still have to pay additional fees.

I was just notified by phone that 2 of my largest debts cannot be covered as they have court summons. When I began ****************** for debt consolidation, these 2 debts were a part of that. I have now incorporated that debt relief into your company. Those 2 debts, Citibank and CBNA, had no summons when I started Lakeview.I need these 2 accounts added to my debt relief or I will need to look someone where they will take these debts.

They're attentive until you retain them. I've had zero issues with email ************* that I have signed up, my creditors are being aggressive and im not getting answers. It's frustrating.

2 years in and what a nightmare it has been! First off, the contract required all unsecured debt be enrolled, which I was hesitant to do because not all accounts were in bad standing. NDR encouraged the account to go bad, I was ultimately sued, NDRs legal team did absolutely nothing. In my state you can view court records in an online public portal. The final judgement was to pay well over the balance and it was clear I was not represented by the docket summary. I am in such a worse spot than I was 2 years ago enrolling. Wha... read more

So this is the experience I ended up having with NDR. I provided 6 accounts. I was told to pay a certain amount per month. I was also told to stop paying on my credit cards, let them default so they can settle and help me remove the debt at a lower cost. I have been with the company over a year. They managed to only settle two accounts so far. One account went into collections due to non-payment. I reached out to NDR several times prior, advising that I am getting collection notices, and consistent calls from this company, a... read more
