CORRUPT EVIL INDIVIUDUALS, LIED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS OVER AND OVER. CHARGED ME MORE THAN WHAT THE ***** WERE CHARGING ME EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIND A 60-70% SETTLEMENTS. THESE PEOPLE ARE CORRUPT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! BEWARE!
Worst company in the world, they transfer you to people that cant help you and want to charge you a lot of money for their assistance. The people I have talked to are very rude and not professional. They asked me for $500 for a membership and I told the lady if I had that I wouldnt be on the phone with her trying to get help. Maybe I am the wrong nationality or the reviews here are incorrect because they dont want to help anyone. I will never in the rest of my life recommend this company.
If what the Rep says will happen I will be able to give a critique. However I'm a Missouri kind of guy. You have to show me. Especially during this era of fake websites and business corruption.
After 1year and ******* I came to conclusion NDR fills their pockets first .******* paid ******* paid out to my accounts ******* is not accounted for they continue to say they are going to do something and Im still waiting I have quit using their services I can settle my accounts just need to call
Didnt explain the program in full before I signed up. There are hidden fees and make sure you ask about everything. Where your money is going to go and why? Your credit score is going to drop. any credit cards you still have will start to lose their open availability. I had one that went from $450 to $95. Every thing is going to change. Not what I was expecting and would have just felt with my creditors myself. They saved me less than a $100 on my first settlement. So I pretty much paid the whole thing anyway. I could have g... read more
Ask for expedited settlement. 9 months later nothing. Just fees.
I shot myself in the foot (not literally), by AGREEING to co-sign for my dad on a ************ Loan, back in Oct 2023. Now when speaking with the representative over the phone, she mentioned it be a piece of cake to get me off once the 6 months were complete, nooo problem. When we got off the phone, she agreed to email me all documentation so I can now visually go over it double an still decide if to move forward. Now I did send her a photo of my ID and SSI but when she asked for proof of check stubs, I replied that I was un... read more
Rep told me the accts were going to be paid off then I would have a monthly pmnt for 48 months. He did not tell me I had to let my accts go delinquent for months and my credit score would take a serious nose dive and my credit reports would show me being delinquent so that would affect me getting an apartment. Feel deceived.
I got sued. They collect thier fees first. They stress you out and hound you vua email texts and phone calls. They won't work with the creditors. They sat save half or more but you dont. They tell you stop making minimum payments or you can't go into the program. They settle not for the original amount but for what other late fees over the limit fees you incurred due to them telling you stop making payments. They only satisfy one company first instead of the higher amounts. Thier lawyers hound you for settlements and you act... read more
