** explained the program and the reason it is better than all of the alternatives. Im ready to get rid of my debt.
This company is a scam. I paid them $2000 to go towards my credit card accounts and they only paid the creditors about $300. Then I started getting sued by the creditors in small claims court and they told me we had to drop those accounts from the program. Ridiculous company, I fully regret using them.
Contacted me through an online form. (*************************) I stated I wasn't ready yet to discuss as I was still investigating. After the call, I received an e-mail listing my active debts! I was LIVID. I didn't give permission for that! Intrusive Is never welcome. I replied expressing my irritation. Then I received another e-mail stating we had a phone call scheduled for 15 May. We NEVER had that discussion. I requested my phone number be removed. We'll see if it is. A return e-mail stated it had been removed.
Worst company ever. They settled one account and charged me over $3500 for it. $400 in phone charges. ***. They have not even contacted me after my complaint. Unbelievable. I would never recommend this piece of p*** company.
Have loved everything about working with them. The representative that helped me, ***************************, was the best. He was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely patient. In a situation that is, by it's very nature, a difficult subject, he was the consumate pro.I would highly recommend NDR to anyone needing financial help Thanks again!!
I was told when enrolling there were no fees. They settled one of my accounts for roughly $800 less than the starting balance when the ************** offered me to settle for way less. When I called to unenroll it was brought to my attention I had paid 1800 in fees to this company. They are not even close to having the one account they "settled" paid. I DO NOT recommend this company when creditors will settle with you for a lot less with NO FEES.
I was under the impression that my debt would be resolved in a timely manner with regular payments. What they didn't tell me, until after I had signed the contract, was that not all of my credit cards were accepted by the program. So I still have credit cards that I have to pay off in addition to their monthly fees.
Signing up with this company to "help" with my debt was the BIGGEST mistake I have made. You have to know how each of your creditors work in order to advise them on which accounts to settle first. Signing up with them caused me to get sued by a credit union and cost me an extra $5,000 due to this. By them doing this I am now stuck with them for another year paying fees - THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM!
The worst decision that I have ever made. I spoke to maybe three people that had provided customer service the entire time. They lied about their "plan" and reached out for a settlement when I had les than 1/4 of the amount in my account. They not only ruined my credit (I Had never missed a payment before them) but made it so I can't make my own settlements since they accepted one I never agreed to. Since it is so easy to make a review I can see why they have so many great ones, I guarantee most are fake, especially consider... read more
