DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They are liars and thieves. All they care about us getting their percentage. Once they have you signed up, how they perform, what they accomplish, what they do for you makes no real difference to them. They still going to get paid. Whether you settle do $5 or all that you supposedly owe. They still get 25% of your original debt. Had a phone call from them today, and after informing the caller that I was going another route, he became very rude and confrontational. It was very unprofessional and hope the caller could get some more training in that area to prevent further issues.

The program worked well to supposedly pay off my debts, however I graduated the program in December of 2025, and I still have not received the paid in full letters *** is supposed to provide me. I have called many times. It is now almost November 2026, and I have still not received them. So my creditors are still reporting delinquent balances due on my credit report. I joined this organizations debt relief program three years ago paying them $517.50 twice a month to assist in repaying my creditors. I have finally graduated the program but after adding up the companys fees, I realized I could have settled at least three creditors for the fees they charged, which was over $10,000.00. My original debts were $46,671, the company states I actually paid $39,448.96 plus $10,000 in fees, which means I paid more than the bills initially were. We signed up with them almost 3 years ago, and we still had 2 more years to go. We refinance our house just to get out from under them to pay off the remaining creditors. then they wanted to know where did we get that money from to pay off everyone in full! And it still took 2 months to pay everyone off! If I could do this all over again, I would never go through them.

This organization has a great business model that follows through on everything they say and make it easy to buy in. Their staff is caring and in my time of crisis (2024) they share concern and convenient answers. When all is said and done - I didnt save any money or get out of debt any quicker. Took a huge hit to my credit score and will be continuing to pay on the debt for the next 7 years. This is a for profit industry and they make their money off your spending decisions. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have had unauthorized money taken from my bank account. When I contacted them the gave me the runaround and lied about issuing a refund. They have since ignored all other attempts to contact them and I have received other emails about new accounts entered in my name. They have damaged my credit score and stolen money.

Make it sound so good and will gaslight you. Never the same person and diffrent answers. When the threats oflawsuits start they talk you into depositing more money then after you make the deposit and they take the money. They cancel your account and close your app so you can not access it.
