I just became a client in this group. ******************************** helped me sign up. I am so relieved to have this plan instead of the one I was in. It is for the same length of time but the payments are not every two weeks but twice a month now. That will save us immensely. On their plan we had $7 for the rest of the month and this dragged on for 3 months. I can rest now that the payment is only twice a month now. Your plan has legal lawyers to back me up also which I did not have before. Thank you ****** for explainin... read more

I paid $161 7x and then an account was settled with out my permission. They paid a creditor $69 and took out $1,100 in fees I had a $0 balance and not one creditor was settled & all my money is gone that was put into a FDIC insured savings account they went in the account and took all the money and gave one creditor $69 that wasn't even a offer that was settled and I never even agreed to the settlement. They will let the savings account build up then take all of it when it reaches a number they feel like taking from you. Tot... read more

Reaching out to Nation Debt Relief has been the worst mistake I ever made. I was looking into options to help with my debt issues but was instead bombarded with multiple emails and phone calls to the point that it has given me anxiety.I requested that they stop contacting me and today I received multiple calls and was told that unfortunately this is what happens when you put your information out on the Internet as the representative would not take no for an answer and kept trying to collect personal information. Please be war... read more

I have had nothing but issues with you. I thought we finally got it fixed with ****, who btw is awesome, but I cannot access my account without it telling me to call you again. And I was sent the legal documents to sign for an attorney if I should need one but it will not let me sign it. Im am about fed up!!! Lack of communication between your teams especially internationally.

I am a current customer with the program. Don't get me wrong I'm thrilled their helping me settle 3 different accounts which I am greatful for. However it is a major inconvenience that the money from my account does not get pulled on the day and schedule to get pulled on. I have spoken with reps before, and they have told me it takes 5 days. That's five days that I could use that money for other things. I believe that is a major flaw in the system. And there's an inconvenience to the customers expacally ones who pretty much ... read more

As a contender always on the top list of best, how could I go wrong, right? It started out well enough. I would cease all contact and payment with the creditors while NDR negotiate with the creditors. Sounds great right? I wouldn't have to deal with them. If they called just ignore and let NDR know. After many calls ignored and many summon served and forwarded to NDR, many of the credit cards on the program came to settlements. Many of them at half of the total originally owed. Keep in mind, while all these negations are goi... read more

Multiple times I called in to get payoffs to be done with this company was given payoffs paid that amount only to find out they continued to withdraw payments, telling me that there were additional funds that I owed. Twice I paid the additional funds and still they continued to withdraw money from my bank account after telling me that the Accounts were paid off. Do not do business with this company. They are not truthful with you. They add an inflate their fees to keep taking money from your bank account. The only way to sto... read more

The agent was very helpful and understanding of my situation and was not upset that I asked for extra time to think about the plan. When I called him back he was very nice and got me through everything that I needed to do. I would recommend this company to anyone that is having financial difficulties.
