**************** is excellent each time I spoke with them but they advised to remove a creditor due to the creditor not accepting the power of attorney from ***. After contacting the creditor, it was discovered that NDR failed to put the correct address on the *** and they would not let me re-enroll the creditor and told me I had to deal with it. The creditor would never have been removed if NDR hadnt advised me to. Now I have to pay a creditor and the loan NDR found for me. Would recommend them but definitely would double c... read more

Predatory!! They claim to not draw fees first but they absolutely take their fee before paying the lender causing it longer to pay off the lender! I decided to close my account and the remaining funds in my account are going to the company not my debt! Figures as much since they will pay themselves first even though they paid themselves before even paying my debt!Additionally I noticed that there is no place to leave a real review on their website, or anywhere else for that matter! So I should have known better! I ABSOLUTELY... read more

I signed up for this service and I called them because I was sued and had a judgement without my awareness. I called them and was told I had to get a new bank account because my chase card would try to take money out of my bank account which is illegal. I was in shock as I thought they were working on settling my debt. They told me that they would have to have 25% of the total debt funds before they would talk to any creditors. Also they had debt listed that I never had a credit card for. I told the guy why would I give you ... read more

National Debt relief let me out of my contract and stole all of my money out of escrow for a their made up fee! CROOKS!

Business response:

Hi *******,Thank you for reaching out to share your experience. When National Debt Relief settles an account, we are owed a settlement fee. This fee structure is clearly broken down in the Debt Settlement agreement you signed when enrolling. Unfortunately, when you called us to cancel on 5/14/2024, you still had fees due for a settlement that we obtained for you that you did not want to repay. The remaining funds in your dedicated savings account were put toward this, which is why you did not receive a refund. If you have any... read more

****** understand anyone who answers the phone, when they do answer. Make me call for every agreement they attempt to make, to try to renegotiate into me paying more than what I am already paying. Starting to seem like a bait and switch scam.

I opted out of the program because they couldnt get my payment schedule correct they also uped my payment after I had already spoken to them and had my payment lowered. I decided to cancel and they told me I will not be getting any money back. I understand not getting the money back that went to a creditor but they are keeping 660 some dollars for their fees! I was only in this program for a couple months. In my account I have $927 and only &150 went to the creditor! I feel like they are a scam and do not listen to their cus... read more
