Purchased a 5-6 foot Autumn Blaze Maple August 2022, it was packaged very well & arrived fast but was later in the day & pouring down rain. We unpacked it & put it in a large bucket of water until the next day when it stopped raining. The root ball was pretty tight & was impossible to spread them as recommended but other than that we followed the directions to a T & gave it lots of water! This year i bought 2 fig trees (fignomental and Violetta de bordeaux) and 2 bluberry bushes. In my mind I thought i woul dhave to wait until next year to see fruit. I am amazed at these plants. The fig trees both are bearing a nice number of figs and the same with the blueberry bushes. All are showing much new growth. Hopefully when i winter the fig trees in my unheated garage they will provide even more fruit next year. The blueberries will be mulched in the fall and i expect more from them also. Bought several Bald Cypress trees to place in a wetlands on my farm. They looked so good my wife wants them in our yard! 5 Stars for price, ease of ordering, and condition and quality of plant materials. Will definitely use them again.
In February I placed a high dollar order of 1 Blue Chinese Wisteria Tree, 2 Limelight Hydrangea Trees, and 2 Blue Chiffon Rose of Sharon Trees. The orders arrived in April according to my growing zone here in central Kansas. The suppliers packaging of the nursery stock was excellent and all plants arrived in perfect healthy condition. All the nursery plants are now blooming and we are greatly enjoying them. I highly recommend ordering from Nature Hills. It is a pleasure to have a business adhere to high standards.
I’m very impressed by the items I’ve purchased from Nature Hills. The 4 peony plants all came in perfect and healthy condition. I was especially pleased with the size of “Mr Ed” variety (they were huge) and also extremely happy with how all items were boxed and shipped. I can tell they care about what their customers are receiving. I’ve ordered peonies from another website and wasn’t as happy with what I received. My Ivory Silk Lilac tree was delivered in an expedient manner, although I was expecting something more than a 5 ft tall twig with a rather small root wad. The tree seems healthy though, and I made sure to use plenty of root enhancer and these usually thrive in my zone. Guess I will practice patience and see how the tree does this year and thru the winter. If it thrives, I plan to order another one next year.
I ordered After Eight Oriental Liles. They arrive quickly and were package very well. When I opened the package the flowers were is excellent condition and absoltley beautiful. I can't wait until they are in full bloom in my garden. These are a great addition to my garden.

St Croix Elm First off, I want to say this is a beautiful tree and appears to be a vital, full of life force, healthy sapling. It arrived on time and I followed the instructions , let it soak overnight and promptly planted it in a sufficiently spacious hole. Now for the not so good. I was dismayed and disappointed the tree was topped off. I reached out to Nature Hills , despite the respose, I am still puzzled as to why they did this.
