Made the mistake of creating two orders by deciding to buy something else, contacted the staff to request in store credit on one of the order's shipping fees, they did it within a day or two. They have also reached out in the past to notify me I had lingering in store credit from about a year prior which was nice as well.
Purchased an American Linder in 2020. The tree has doubled in size and is a beautiful form. Best mail order experience for any tree I have ever purchased. Thank you.
