😀 I had A Navien NPE-240S2 installed by a licensed plumbing contractor (Dixie Electric, Heating, and Plumbing) in late July 2023. It works great: mounts on the wall and takes up a whole less space than a 40 gal tank. Hot water all the time even with multiple water sources running. My natural gas bill also dropped about $12.00 a month. I highly recommend it.
Had a heat exchanger fail and Navien Support was excellent with instructions and got the part within days even though I live in the Yukon Territory where everything seems to take forever to get here!!
I contacted a few plumbing contractors and they all said the Navien tankless water heaters are the best. I had it installed by a licensed plumbing contractor and it works great......... and it takes up a lot less room than the old water heater. I highly recommend it.
The Navien Unit is efficient and quiet. It fit nicely on the wall in my basement and was installed quickly. I have a warm house and hot water on tap. Fantastic!
