RecommendedGreat water heater. Starts up very quickly and heats like it should. Customer server/tech support took a few to talk to some one but tech figure out the issue quickly. Only thing I was disappointed on was the FACTORY completely forgot to install the check valve for the recruit line so I had issue. After the part was sent to me then it was fine.
the availability in the market when you needed a replacement tankless water heater ASAP, Quality, I'm yet to experience since just installed a couple days ago. price wise much better than others also so much parts to deal with. in regards of T-shoots I will find out when I face one in the near future.

I have the NPE-240S natural gas. I have not had a problem with the unit. My gas usage has been dramatically reduced. I use a recirculating pump on the other side of the house hooked to a smart plug to provide faster hot water response. I have never ran out of hot water. No pancaking. Highly recommend. 👍
