Very good customer service! We recently installed a Navien water heater and the plumber had difficulty diagnosing a problem. I called Navien and after a 30 min hold time (ok faster would be better) the person helped me troubleshoot the problem. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He diagnosed the faulty part and fast-shipped a new part to us. We had it replaced and now the unit is working flawlessly. We are very satisfied with Navien.
It produces hot water just a little longer than my old hot water heater.

We just recently had a Navien tankless hot water tank install and are very happy that we did. We now have lots of hot water and the unit is super quiet. The installer did a great job.
We are very happy with the continuous hot water and the quietness. The old water tank had a very noisy exhaust fan. The whole house is so much quieter now!
